Like so many others, I found myself waking up from a fever dream during the pandemic. Stripped of all of the things that “defined me”: traveling constantly for work, staying in the office late hours, going out with friends many nights a week - I found myself wondering, Who am I? Do I even like myself? Is this all there is?
I had been doing all the things I had been told to do to be considered successful, but I still wasn’t fulfilled. I had been striving to climb the ladder professionally but had no idea to what end. I wasn’t healthy mind, body, or soul. I started to sit with these questions and I hired a coach to guide me along. I began to meditate, to journal, and to learn how to BE with myself.
It was through a process of becoming more embodied and working through my trauma that I started to really get to know myself - and the work continues! I realized my calling as a Life Coach and graduated from Elementum Coaching Institute at the same time as I began my Executive MBA program at Haas, UC Berkeley.
Now I am an executive coach and facilitator, combining my more than a decade of corporate leadership experience with life coaching. I help people who are looking for more out of their life! Together, we approach relationships, finances, career growth and change. We develop plans, coping strategies, and tools for reducing stress, achieving goals, and finding joy. Through a trauma-informed lens I support clients in uncovering patterns and blocks so that they can clear a path for the life that they want.
I combine my breadth of life experiences in coaching sessions: from motherhood, to leadership, a deep understanding of grind culture and burnout with my gifts of empathy, and ability to distill problems into action. Using the modalities below, I can help you to achieve your wildest dreams.
