I offer support on an array of goals, including personal development, relationships, health, finances, and overall well-being. Coaching with me can be particularly helpful during life transitions like a career change, parenthood, loss, starting a business, relocation and more.

I am not a licensed psychotherapist. However, in my coaching I often incorporate therapeutic modalities like exploring trauma or inner child work. I believe that by learning about the past we can uncover blocks and develop tools that will help you achieve your goals. Sessions are client-driven, but often include elements of accountability that push you toward what it is you desire.

Each coaching container is unique based on client needs. However typically an agreement will consist of a three or six month container with bi-monthly, 50 minute Zoom sessions (or in person!) and text support in between. Pricing is discussed on our consultation call.

This is something we discuss on a discovery call. I share details about my experience and approach, and offer an overview of how we might work together and I will ask you to provide more color about what you hope to achieve through coaching. During this time, we get a sense of our rapport. The coaching fit must be right for both of us! If it's not for any reason, I am always more than happy to refer you out to a coach or therapist that might be more in line with your needs.
